Shipping, Returns & Warranty Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground as our standard shipping option from our warehouse in NE Ohio. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges.
Orders placed by 3pm generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after hours Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday, or the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Powersteps.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center.
We hope you love your Powerstep products. However, if you are not satisfied with your item, please return your product to the place of purchase for return or exchange.
For products purchased from powersteps.com, we gladly accept returns by mail up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items must include a completed Consumer Returns form with order number. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Shipping, handling and return postage fees are non-refundable.

We stand behind our products and always guarantee them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Powerstep products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered under our Total Satisfaction Guarantee.
