Do I need a prescription to use PowerStep® insoles?

Most PowerStep® insoles are available over the counter and do not require a prescription. However, our ProTech® line is specifically designed based on patient needs and is only available through a healthcare provider. If you're looking for professional-grade support without a prescription, our other insole options still offer exceptional comfort and relief.

How do I know if I need full-length or 3/4-length insoles?

Can PowerStep® insoles replace my custom orthotics?

PowerStep® insoles are often used instead of custom orthotics for more affordable, accessible support. If you’re already using custom orthotics, talk to your doctor before switching.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped via UPS SurePost or USPS from our warehouse in Ohio.

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed.

Delivery can take from 2 to 8 business days in the 48 contiguous states. Due to variability of transportation, packages shipped via USPS to Alaska or Hawaii may take up to 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.
